CONTRAINDICATIONS

These products are not recommended for individuals with severe allergies, particularly those with a history of anaphylaxis or multiple severe allergies. Additionally, they should not be used by patients who have a known allergy to Gram-positive bacterial proteins or lidocaine present in these formulations.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Are there any reasons why I should not receive LeVair Hybrid Skin Booster treatment?

You should not use this product if you have a history of multiple severe alergies or severe alergic reactions (anaphylaxis). Additionaly, avoid it if you are alergic to lidocaine or the Gram-positive bacterial proteins used in this product, or if you have previously experienced alergic reactions to hyaluronic acid-based skin boosters.

What precautions should my specialist advise me about?

•  Limit strenuous exercise, sun exposure, heat, and alcohol for the first 24 hours after treatment, as these factors may cause temporary redness, swelling, or itching at the injection site.

•  Inform your specialist if you are taking any medications that may prolong bleeding, such as aspirin, ibuprofen, or other blood thinners, as this can increase the risk of bruising or bleeding at the injection site.

•  Notify your specialist if you plan to undergo laser treatment, chemical peels, or any other procedures afterward, as this may pose a risk of an inflammatory reaction at the treatment site.

•  Inform your specialist if you are receiving immunosuppressive therapy, as this may heighten the risk of infection.

•  Let your specialist know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as the safety of this product during pregnancy or while nursing has not been studied.

•  Discuss with your specialist if you have a history of excessive scarring (thick, hard scars), as the safety of this product in such cases has not been established.

What are the possible side effects of treatment?

Commonly reported side effects include redness, lumps or bumps, swelling, bruising, pain, tenderness, firmness, discoloration, and itching. Most of these side effects typically resolve within seven days. If they persist longer, your physician may recommend treatments such as antibiotics, steroids, or hyaluronidase. There have also been reports of inflammation, nodules, unsatisfactory results, lack of improvement, allergic reactions, anxiety, blood vessel blockage, infection, dry skin, changes in sensation, and abscesses.

Delayed-onset inflammation near the site of dermal filler injections is a known adverse event associated with these procedures. As with all skin injection treatments, there is a risk of infection.
