IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

These products are not recommended for individuals with severe allergies, particularly those with a history of anaphylaxis/multiple severe allergies. Additionally, they should not be used by patients who have a known allergy to Gram-positive bacterial proteins or lidocaine present in these formulations.

POST-TREATMENT PRECAUTIONS AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS (Applicable to Both Skin & Scalp Boosters) 

  • Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area for at least 12–24 hours after the procedure to reduce the risk of irritation or contamination.

  • Keep the area clean and avoid applying makeup, hair styling products, or other topical agents for the first 24 hours, unless instructed by your practitioner.

  • Do not expose the treated area to direct sunlight, tanning beds, saunas, or hot baths for at least 48–72 hours.

  • Avoid strenuous exercise, swimming pools, and activities that may cause excessive sweating for 48 hours.

  • Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy lifestyle to optimize results.

  • Follow any personalized aftercare instructions provided by your healthcare provider.

SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS

Skin Booster:

  • Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness may occur at the injection points and usually resolve within 1-3 days.

  • Use gentle, fragrance-free cleansers and moisturizers for the first week.

  • Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily to protect and maintain skin health.

Scalp Booster:

  • Avoid washing your hair or using hair products for 24 hours post-treatment.

  • After 24 hours, use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo.

  • Refrain from scratching or picking at the treated area to prevent irritation.

  • Avoid chemical hair treatments (dyeing, perming, bleaching) for at least 7 days.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS

While exosome-based treatments are generally well tolerated, mild and temporary side effects may occur:

  • Redness or swelling at the injection site

  • Mild discomfort or tenderness

  • Itching or slight bruising
