APPROVED USES

Anesten Lidocaine Cream is a topical anesthetic indicated for:

  • Temporary numbing of the skin prior to minor dermatological procedures (e.g., injections, laser treatments, microneedling, minor surgical interventions).

  • Reduction of pain or discomfort associated with superficial skin procedures such as tattooing, hair removal, or dermal filler injections.

  • Minor skin irritations, burns, insect bites, or abrasions where topical anesthetic is appropriate.

INDICATIONS
  • 500g Jar - 10.56% Lidocaine: For high-volume clinical use

  • 450g Jar - 2.5% Lidocaine, 2.5% Prilocaine: For sensitive areas or milder procedures

  • 30g Tube - 10.56% Lidocaine: Compact and convenient for smaller treatments

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

These products are not recommended for individuals with severe allergies, particularly those with a history of anaphylaxis/multiple severe allergies. Additionally, they should not be used by patients who have a known allergy to Gram-positive bacterial proteins or lidocaine present in these formulations.

SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS

  • Less Common:

    • Rash or allergic reaction

    • Contact dermatitis

    • Systemic toxicity from excessive or prolonged application (symptoms may include dizziness, blurred vision, irregular heartbeat, tremors, or seizures)
